The history behind the story Andrea Girolami is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector . His big entrepreneurial leap came in 2000 when he started RSI as a tour operator , quickly growing a business in five separate divisions in just 10 years .
Girolami bought his first hotel in 2011 and now has a portfolio of 16 hotels .
The opening of Italy Hotels Collection , a management and consultancy , dates back to 2015 and the goal is to expand to 100 properties within the next two years .
