Like the Orsay Museum in Paris , Daegu Art Factory came about as the result of urban renewal when the warehouse of a cigarette factory built in 1949 was converted into an art space . The old exterior walls of red brick remain , but the interior now features a wide lobby , experimental installation art , and large works that reach up to the fifth floor . The complete effect delivers a unique spatial experience when visitors step inside . Facilities include the 120-seat Suchang Hall for performances , the Community Room with a pleasant outdoor view , small meeting and seminar rooms , and a secondfloor book cafe with a sophisticated ambience . While in the neighborhood , you may also want to visit Suchang Youth Mansion next door , which was once the factory dormitory , and the Daegu Modern Culture Alleys , a 1.2km stretch of architecture and culture from the first half of the 20 th century .
Tri-Bowl
Yeonsu-gu , Incheon Metropolitan City
Tri-Bowl , a portmanteau of triple and bowl , is a cultural complex as unique as its name . At night , the venue looks like a UFO with LED lights studded between the aluminum panels on the exterior walls and reflected on a fountain pond . The 300-seat performance hall has no division between the stage and the audience seats , and the exhibition hall can be creatively rearranged with movable walls and screens . Guided tours offer a unique experience of this unusual structure . The venue is located within the Songdo International Business District and near Songdo Central Park . Accessible from Central Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 1 and 30.7km from Incheon International Airport .
Gyeongju National Museum
Gyeongju City , Gyeongsangbuk-do Province
Gyeongju was the capital of the Silla Kingdom ( 57 BC – 935 AD ), the first dynasty to unify the Korean peninsula . The entire city is a veritable open-air museum , and the Gyeongju National Museum is a good place to start exploring . The artifacts exhibited at the Silla History Gallery , Wolji Gallery , and Silla Art Gallery are exquisite works of art that visitors new to Korean history can still appreciate . The museum ’ s outdoor space features some 1,100 objects that originally came from historic temples and palace sites . They help recreate the ambience of ancient Gyeongju in a space that can be used for special outdoor events . Other MICE facilities include a 250-seat theater-type auditorium ; Sumukdang Hall , which looks down on a picturesque pond ; and numerous seminar rooms . 13.8km from Singyeongju Station on the KTX line .
Nodeulseom

Hangang River that cuts across Seoul from east to west , creating beautiful natural scenery within a large cosmopolitan city . Nodeulseom , one of the alluring islets on the river , is a special place . It is connected to both sides of the river by a footbridge that runs parallel to the Hangangdaegyo Bridge . The west side of the islet is home to the performance venue Nodeul Live House and Music Lounge Ryu as well as a book cafe , natural grounds , and other exclusive sites for memorable parties and receptions . Above all , the islet boasts superb views of the river and city . The multipurpose hall and seminar rooms on the east side adjoin a natural habitat of a local species , which creates a feeling of being in a quiet forest . People often unknowingly stop to admire the view here , making it a unique backdrop for business events .
