• Building Transformation have been appointed by Client to undertake an external fabric condition survey at Site / Building The survey will cover the external fabric of the building and roof .
• This condition report is for the use of client and has been prepared generally in accordance with our appointment . The opinions expressed in this report are those of Building Transformation acting as Surveyor under the terms of the Appointment .
• The survey comments on the condition of external fabric to 1 building , as inspected on ( Date here ) and ( Date here ) by Building Transformation . During the first day of inspections the weather was changeable , cold , with cloud cover , blue skies and rain . On the second day of inspections the weather was warm , with some cloud cover , blue skies and sunshine .
1.2 General Description
All directions contained within this report are taken as standing outside each building with the front elevation being that where the main entrance is located . Where possible we have referred to elevations by north , south , east and west .
Each building is of different construction and more detail is provided within the condition report under each building .
Site / Building is located on the location and address .
• In preparing the report we have relied upon the information and representations made or provided to us by the Client and our comments and opinions in this report are made from our practical perspective as construction professionals . We have commented upon the condition of the external fabric only .
• The survey is a non-intrusive , written record of external elements only at Site / building .
