В нашей коллекции 38 отелей категории de luxe, расположенных в Европе, Азии и Африке. Коллекция отелей создавалась нами путем тщательного отбора, поэтому каждый из отелей, представляемых Ars Vitae, является лучшим в своем городе, регионе или стране. Цель Ars Vitae – продвижение представляемых нами отелей на туристическом рынке России, стран СНГ и бывшего СССР. Поэтому всесторонняя информационная поддержка является основополагающей в нашей работе. Мы проводим разнообразные PR-акции и различные презентации, посвященные самым интересным событиям. Помимо этого мы регулярно организуем для наших партнеров ознакомительные поездки в отели коллекции Ars Vitae. Ars Vitae Hotels Representing Company represents luxury hotels on the Russian travel market. The company was created in 1999 by Natalia Bobrova, who started hotels representing business in 1995, working with two hotels in France. Today there are more than 20 persons in Ars Vitae’s team and we represent 38 luxury hotels, which are privately owned and privately managed. We provide hotels, which we represent, with the following sales, marketing and PR services: sales office located in Moscow, PR and media activities on behalf of hotels in Russia, constant contacts with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients, organization of sales trips to Russia for hotels management, creating of marketing strategy for Russian market, organization and escorting of famtrips and presstrips. Ars Vitae closely cooperates with travel agencies and TOs. We organize educational seminars, we provide all necessary information and documentation about hotels that we represent in Russian language: brochures and newsletters printed in Russia as well as website www.ars-vitae with every day updates.
