MARC/ELLA.
INSPIRATION. ANDROGYNY. STRENGTH.
INDEPENDENCE. POWER.
After initially establishing the idea to
begin the production on her
clothing line,
Brenda recruited Jaime
for extra innovatively creative designs.
She contacted
him roughly
six months after he received his undergraduate degree from The Fashion
Institute of Technology.
Brenda described their collaborations as nat-
ural occurrences stemming from a shared aesthetic
sensibility. “He was everything I needed…His creative juices just keep flowing. I’ll ask him for 40 looks
and he’ll give me 80.” This laudable praise, serenity, as
well as their ability to appreciate each other’s artistic
view illustrates a balance within this joint business
venture. While watching these two passionate beings
interact before the commencement of the interview,
it was clear to see that Marc/Ella’s success comes from
an essence beyond the sheer artistic talent that is represented in their work. With her well deserved degree
in Fashion Marketing & Management from Berkeley
College and his from FIT, this dynamic pair is determined to create magic. The ambitious strive from
the two earned them the tremendous opportunity to
