Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Trinitarian Order and Family,
As we approach the feast of the Holy Trinity this year, I turn to every one of you with much love and gratitude knowing the predilection of our God, who has called you and me as his “chosen vessels to bear the name of the Holy Trinity” to the ends of the world (cf. St. John Baptist of the Conception). What a special vocation for a special mission with a special consecration-dedication to the Holy Trinity, as our holy Reformer would say! I underline the uniqueness of our vocation as we are observing the year of the eighth centenary of the death of St. Felix of Valois, our co-founder, which happens to be on the eve of the Jubilee Year of the eighth centenary of the death of St. John de Matha, our founder and patriarch and the fourth centenary of the death of St. John Baptist of the Conception, our reformer. The year 2012 also marks 150 years since the canonization of St. Michael of the Saints and the 60th anniversary of the death of Venerable Bishop Joseph Di Donna. The convergence of all these special events of Trinitarian annals makes this present moment a unique time of grateful memory of the past, a humble reckoning of our present life and witness, and a bold and challenging project and proposal for our Family for the future.

Estimados Hermanos y Hermanas de la Familia Trinitaria,
Al acercarse la Solemnidad de la Santísima Trinidad este año, me dirijo a cada uno de vosotros/as con todo afecto y lleno de agradecimiento a nuestro Dios que ha tenido especial predilección por nosotros al llamarnos “vasos elegidos para llevar el nombre de la Santísima Trinidad por todo el mundo”. (cf. San Juan Bautista de la Concepción). ¡Qué don tan grande del Señor al darnos una vocación especial para una misión especial y para una consagración-dedicación especial a la Santísima Trinidad, como diría nuestro santo Reformador! Subrayo la singularidad de nuestra vocación cuando estamos celebrando el año del octavo centenario de la muerte de San Félix de Valois, nuestro cofundador, que coincide con la víspera del año jubilar del octavo centenario de la muerte de San Juan de Mata, nuestro Fundador y patriarca y del cuarto centenario de la muerte de San Juan Bautista de la Concepción, nuestro Reformador. En el año 2012 también recordamos la canonización de San Miguel de los Santos, acaecida hace 150 años, y celebramos el 60º aniversario de la muerte del venerable Mons. José Di Donna. La coincidencia de todos estos acontecimientos especiales de los anales trinitarios es una ocasión única para hacer memoria agradecida del pasado, para examinar humildemente nuestra vida y testimonio actuales, y para lanzar un proyecto audaz y estimulante para nuestra Familia para el futuro.
