30 YEARS OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE

CELEBRATING

30

CORPORATE ANNIVERSARY
YEARS
Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. has a long history of excellence, rich with awards, accolades, and customer satisfaction. Celebrating 30 years in business, Zoom’ s roots are in WOLCO, a company founded by William Leonard in 1987. Zoom, established in 2004, purchased WOLCO’ s Sacramento and Fairfield locations to launch, and eventually several other locations throughout California, and started from scratch in the Bay Area.
Today, Zoom has expanded WOLCO’ s original customer base, with emphasis on providing the best and latest imaging equipment and top customer service. Clients include businesses from small, independent companies to large conglomerates and government agencies.“ No customer is too small or too large for us,” says Zoom President Ed Roe.” We’ re an equipment supplier of MFPs – multi-function products – that copy, print, scan and much more. Whether a customer needs a simple desktop printer or more complex, production publishing level equipment, we have a device to suit their needs.”
Equally important, Zoom provides the support and backing of unsurpassed product service.“ With our manufacturer-trained service team of technicians for all of our products, we’ re a one-stop shop,” continues Roe.“ We give our customers business solutions, taking the pressure off them so they can focus on their core business, and leaving their MFP issues to us. If something breaks, we’ ll be there, fix it, and get their business running.”
Zoom currently has 11 locations throughout the state. For its longtime customer base in the Sacramento region, Zoom continues to provide the small local company, family-owned and-operated flair it always has, even though it was acquired by Xerox in 2012.“ Xerox allows us to continue operating independently as we always have, and we also have an incredible partnership with Toshiba,” says Roe. very proud of our 30-plus year relationship and look forward to many more years of continued success.”
“ Between the strength and breadth of the Xerox and Toshiba product lines and our ability to make changes right here on the spot, we can accommodate customers with flexibility, speed, and efficiency, without the red tape that large companies often have,” explains Roe.“ Phone calls come straight to us, not to an automated system or voicemail. We’ re never too busy to greet customers personally.”
In addition to top products and customer service, customers choose Zoom because they’ ve consistently adapted to their industry’ s technology changes.“ If you don’ t change, you’ re a dying company instead of a growing company,” notes Roe.“ The technology is endlessly changing, and we’ re committed to educating our staff to stay on top of those changes.”
Zoom also sells KIP wide format and software solutions for document management. The future is bright as the company looks for substantial growth in the Bay Area and continues serving the Sacramento and Central Valley regions with small business care and service backed by the power of global industry leaders.
