Located at the south side of Iron Point near the Palladio, this 35-acre site includes
two planned multi-family housing communities. The two communities consist of
327 total units to include a combination of 34 duplexes at 4,345sf each and 37,
11,217sf buildings housing 259 executive apartments. All units are three stories
and include a private garage. Both communities will offer a 5,323sf clubhouse
which will feature a variety of amenities to include: a game/tech lounge, fitness
center with showers, bike café, pet wash area, swimming pool, spa and outdoor
kitchen area. Walking paths and sidewalks will connect the public spaces.
New seed research and development facility and production
center for Sakata Seed America, a world leader in breeding
and producing vegetable and ornamental seed and vegetative
cuttings. The project includes a 10,660sf, single-story office
building (administrative, production and operational components)
a 25,000sf, single-story, steel frame/concrete tilt-up mill and
warehouse building, a 5,894sf pre-engineered farm shop building,
a 4,000sf washery, (6) greenhouses, and a 6,000sf head house.
