EXPANDING ON-CAMPUS HOUSING,
BOOSTING OPPORTUNITY
Sundt Construction and our valued partners are proud
to build Hornet Commons, a new student housing
complex on the campus of California State University,
Sacramento (CSUS).
Hornet Commons, part of an innovative Public-Private Partnership (P3), will increase
the number of beds on campus by over 33%, helping increase student involvement,
retention and overall success. When complete, the 365,000-square-foot complex will
house 284 apartments and 1,100 beds across six four-story buildings. Amenities include
a swimming pool, cafe, community room, and fitness center.
