The Martin family has launched
three highly successful businesses
in Vacaville serving a vast array
of clients throughout Northern California.
In 1972, Len and Carol Martin established
Martin’s Welding, known today as Martin’s
Metal Fabrication, a one-stop shop for any
metal fabrication needs. That foundation
business has been joined by Martin’s Steel
Works and Martin’s Equipment Rentals as the
family expands services.
“We’re continuously improving our
businesses and trying to be better than we
were yesterday,” says Chantelle Martin, vice
president of Martin’s Metal Fabrication and
president of the family’s two other businesses.
“We are a one-stop shop for our customers,
from custom fabrication to steel erecting and
equipment rental needs.”
Martin’s Metal Fabrication is Northern
California’s source for job shop fabrication;
sheet metal shearing and forming; bending
and rolling; and stainless, aluminum and
structural steel fabrication and repair work.
Clients represent industries from agriculture,
wineries, construction, technology,
pharmaceutical and aerospace. The company
offers precision fabrication work with hightech
equipment, including laser cutting, fiveaxis
waterjet and plasma cutting, CNC mills,
and lathe machines.
Martin’s Steel Works was created in 2016 to
serve the construction industry, offering
structural steel fabrication and erecting
to contractors. It focuses on mid- to largesize
commercial and industrial projects
throughout Northern California. Martin’s Steel
Works offers structural steel, miscellaneous
metals, stairs and railing, seismic retrofit, and
aluminum and stainless steel fabrication.
Launched in 2018, Martin’s Equipment Rentals
offers rental equipment including scissor
lifts, boom lifts, reach forks and excavating
equipment. The company also offers small
rental tools, such as rotary hammers, core
drills, fume extractors and more, and is
continually adding to and upgrading its fleet
to best serve clients’ needs.
“Solano County is our home, we’re proud
to serve both local customers and those
throughout the state,” Martin says.
