“Every manager has the desire to see
our people succeed so we have systems,
such as the quarterly review process and
with average tenure at almost nine years.
“Many people have been here for two and
three decades, and considering the bank
started in 1983, that’s pretty incredible,”

Through its team members, ARB also
honors its communities by paying 40 hours
of volunteer time annually. “It’s our way of
