When can I start to use my Compass membership ? Congratulations ! 30 days following your Compass purchase , your account will be set up and fully activated . In order to process your first vacation reservation you must have paid 33 % of the purchase price .
Where can I vacation with my Exploria Resorts Compass membership ? There are over 40 resorts in 25 destinations around the world to explore with your Compass membership . Enjoy reviewing all the resorts featured in this Member Guide .
Exploria may , from time to time , modify the list of Compass Resorts , including affiliate properties , destinations , and / or the available units at each Compass Resort . If you have questions about a destination , our Member Services Representatives are also helpful resources and can be reached by emailing compass @ exploriaresorts . com or calling 877-353-0577 or 321-203-5203 .
When can I make my vacation reservations ? Compass reservations may be made up to ten ( 10 ) months in advance ; provided , however , requests for less than seven ( 7 ) consecutive nights may only be requested not more than five ( 5 ) months in advance of the requested check-in date . There is no additional charge for a Compass reservation ; provided , however , there is a $ 100 USD fee imposed for canceling or changing a confirmed Compass reservation . The resort requires a security deposit at the time of check in for incidentals . The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to be reflected in the account . All accommodations are subject to availability and there is no guarantee of availability .
How do I redeem my EXPOs ? Reminder : You will receive 269 EXPOs each year of your membership . You can borrow EXPOs if you accelerate your loan payments . Contact a Member Services Representative for more details .
