As a Compass Member , you further understand that not withstanding any current or prior election to opt-in or opt-out of receiving telemarketing calls , SMS messages , text messages , emails , or other messaging by executing my Compass Agreement and providing my contact information , including my telephone number , you are giving Exploria Resorts permission to contact you about future offers , at the telephone number , or physical or electronic address you have provided , including SMS messages , MMS messages , emails , telephone calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice , and calls and messages delivered using an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers and / or the playing of artificial or pre-recorded voice or recorded messages , including through voice assisted technology . Airtime , message , and data rates may apply . You understand that this permission overrides and takes priority directive over your listing on any federal or state Do Not Call list and / or any prior listing on the Internal Do Not Call list of Exploria Resorts .
