Your appearance and attitude are a reflection of American Cruise Lines. Our professional standards mandate strict grooming, uniform, and service policies. Whenever you are on duty, you must be in uniform and well-groomed.
DRUG & ALCOHOL FREE
American Cruise Lines has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy. You will have emergency duties, so you must always be alert and ready. You will also be enrolled in a U. S. Coast Guard random drug testing program.
TRAINING
After accepting a position with American Cruise Lines, you will begin training which is approximately 1 to 2 weeks in length, depending on your position. All training takes place at our brand new training facility in Salt Lake City, UT. Conducted in a traditional classroom setting, this training is a combination of lectures and hands-on instruction.
