Donation to the National Cat Society Company Interests A Passion for Baking Since I was a child I used to help my grandma baking various traditional sweets such as almond tarts, jam tarts, cakes, figolli, and other well-known Maltese sweet delicacies. I loved the smell she used to have in her house, but most importantly I was always the first one to taste everything she used to bake . Growing up, I started baking cakes myself, following her recipes. In time, I wished to improve my cake baking and decoration skills, so I attended various courses to further my knowledge and this exposed me to different ways of baking and decorating cakes.
