when marketing properties. In addition to the traditional marketing
approach, we offer an exclusive Private Placement Program tailored
to a client’s specific needs.
The Private Placement Program may be utilized in the following
circumstances.
• The property can be quietly marketed and possibly shown to
potential buyers as the seller is preparing the property for market.
• Some sellers would like to move but prefer to maintain privacy and
confidentiality. We can quietly inform other Realtors of the property
without placing it on the open market.
• The Private Placement Program may also be used to test out
pricing prior to offering to the general public.
This program is unique to our firm. It affords our sellers the ability
to have control, while adding a level of

Cache
to new listings.
