For 25 years the Jaguars have invested in cancer charities , culminating with Shad Khan ’ s $ 1,000,000 investment in the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center for Breast Cancer Prevention in 2016 . Each October as part of the NFL ’ s initiative Crucial Catch : Intercepting Cancer , the Jaguars create a series of events to support several cancer awareness initiatives . Crucial Catch Survivor Night held at Skate Station hosted 200 survivors along with their families . The survivors got to enjoy time at the rink and interact with Jaguars players .
