The El Dorado Springs Municipal Band
performed for our residents on Sunday, Aug. 4. We are fortunate to
have such talented musicians in our area that volunteer their time to
play for all of us! A BIG thank you for keeping our towns
tradition of this band alive.

formed in
1885 and has
played con-
sistently for
134 years!
The band played
at many special
events such as the
first train arrival
in El Dorado
Springs in 1898
and escorting the
first automobile
through town in
1908.

Halloween
Candy Donations
Halloween is one of our favorite activities here at Community Springs,
our residents line the lobby to greet trick-or-treaters in their costumes
and hand out that once a year candy treat!
We are asking our community friends and
family for donations of
unopened, individually wrapped candy.
Your donation will help
ensure that all the little ghosts and goblins
that come to visit us will get a treat. This
year we anticipate reaching more than 300
children! If you would like to help out you
can donate in three ways:
1. Drop candy off at the facility
