Drink Your Water
It’s summertime and hot, so
don’t forget to drink your
water. A report shows that a
person needs to drink at
least 48-64 ounces of water
a day.
We really enjoy our visits from Molly the
miniature horse during pet therapy.
Community Springs Healthcare Facility, a Citizens Memorial
Health Care Foundation facility, is holding a drawing for chances
to win two Peggy Sibly prints. Proceeds will go toward CSHCF
resident special events. Tickets are $1 per ticket or $5 for six tick-
ets and may be purchased from Missie Nikodim, Kathy Crusha or
Melva Pellegrin. The prints may be viewed in the Activities area.
Please come out and help support our Activities Department.
