Spotlight of the month! Jared has been at
Community Springs for over 12 years and is a
C.N.A. and hairdresser. We like to
refer to him as our “Village Bar-
ber.” He lives in El Dorado with
his wife Brenda, and enjoys run-
ning in his free time. Jared says
