We Can Do It! Beat COVID-19
The world is “opening back up” but we at Community Springs
Healthcare Facility remain diligent in our fight against COVID-19.
Employee Spotlight
We would like you to
meet Reagan Kennon. She is
a Nutritional Service Aide at
Community Springs
Healthcare Facility. Reagan
has worked for Community
Springs for 9 months.
Reagan is a 2020 senior at
Stockton High School. She
has received a full tuition
scholarship at Fort Scott
Community College with the
meat judging team.
She grew up on her
family farm around livestock
and hopes to be an Ag
Teacher someday.
In consulting with our own experts as well as guidance from federal,
state and local health officials CMH Long-Term Care and CSHCF will
be following a “phased” process toward more normal operations with
protecting our vulnerable residents remaining a priority throughout the
process.

I am proud of the efforts of the CSHCF employees during this
