The Valley Center for Health and Wellness is an integrated healthcare facility staffed with
qualified professionals that incorporates medical oversight into the fitness floor for those
individuals who do not want to join a traditional health club or for whom a health club may
not be appropriate

Wellness in Mahwah opened in 2018.
Located in the Center are Valley Health
LifeStyles Medical Fitness Center,
diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and
outpatient physical therapy services, a
retail pharmacy and gift shop, nutrition
counseling, The Valley Hospital Sports
Institute, and specialty physician offices.
Community Benefit
In 2018, Valley provided more than $92
million in uncompensated care, attrib-
utable to charity care, bad debt and
Medicare/Medicaid shortfalls. In addition,
we sponsor more than 1,000 community
health programs, services and screenings
that provide thousands of community
residents with much-needed health infor-
mation and preventive education.
