Hot and cold meals are prepared at the high school and middle schools and are available to elementary school students . Milk and other beverages are available . Bus Transportation is provided to all K-8 students who live more than 2miles from their assigned school , and to students in grades 9through 12 who live more than 21 / 2 miles from school . Transportation is provided for handicapped and Special Education pupils , as necessary .

Pine Free Public Library is an outstanding municipal library located in amodern five-level building on Fair Lawn Avenue , adjacent to the Fair Lawn Municipal Building .
