103 PRIME AT VALENTINO ' S IS A MODERN Italian steakhouse and seafood restaurant.
Owners Angelo and Barbara Colella have been in the restaurant business for more than 40 years. They owned Valentino’ s at the same location until a fire in 2013 caused it to shut down. After the fire, the Colellas retired for a short time before returning to the newly renovated space and reopening in July as 103 Prime.
The restaurant is located in a fully restored 100-year-old Victorian home. The renovations include all decorating and artwork done by Los Angeles-based Karyn Miller.
Executive Chef Jeffrey Kellish and his team create an exceptional dining experience with hand-cut 21-day dry-aged steaks, fresh market seafood and modern Italian cuisine. The dining room is managed by Jerry Colella, who oversees daily restaurant operations as well as the restaurant’ s wine list and craft cocktail program.
“ Dining pleasure is our top priority,” Barbara Colella says.
103 Prime also hosts private rooms perfect for any corporate or private parties. Upstairs, the restaurant holds two event rooms that are media-equipped with projectors and screens that can hold up to 80 people.
The restaurant is conveniently located minutes away from Park Ridge, Montvale, and Woodcliff Lake hotels.
103 Prime is open Monday through Saturday for dinner and Monday through Friday for lunch. The restaurant is only open on Sundays forprivateparties.
