Happy New Year CAI West Florida Chapter Members! It is truly an honor to serve as your President for 2026. As I begin this role, I do so with deep gratitude, excitement, and a genuine passion for the CAI West Florida Chapter and the incredible members who make this chapter so special.
My journey with CAI began in 2003, and over the years, the CAI West Florida Chapter has become much more than a professional association to me, it has become like family. I’ ve had the privilege of serving our chapter in many capacities, including five and a half years as Chapter Membership Director, four years on the Board of Directors, and volunteering on numerous committees. each role has strengthened my appreciation for the dedication, leadership, and collaboration that define our local chapter and the people who support it. What continues to inspire me most about our CAI West Florida chapter is the impact we make right here in our local communities. Through chapter-led education programs, events, and networking opportunities, we serve association managers, homeowner leaders, and business partners by providing relevant education that supports professional growth, informed decisionmaking, and stronger communities throughout our community. our chapter also plays an important role in advocacy through our involvement with the Florida legislative Alliance. By staying engaged and informed, our chapter helps ensure that the voices of our local members and communities are represented and protected at the state level. This work is vital, and it reflects the strength of our chapter when we come together with a shared purpose.
Beyond education and advocacy, our chapter is truly about relationships. The friendships and professional connections formed within our chapter are invaluable. They are built through shared experiences, committee work, chapter events, and a mutual commitment to supporting one another. These relationships are what make our chapter welcoming, resilient, and successful, and what keep so many of us engaged year after year.
As we move into 2026, I look forward to working closely with our Board of Directors, committee members, volunteers, and staff to continue building on the strong foundation of the CAI West Florida Chapter. Together, we will focus on delivering meaningful local education, increasing member engagement, supporting advocacy efforts, and creating opportunities for our members to connect and grow.
Thank you for your continued support, involvement, and commitment to our CAI West Florida Chapter. I am excited for the year ahead and truly honored to serve this incredible chapter and its members.
Sincerely,
Cindi Bell
