associations. let’ s not forget about our Business Partners! learning how to properly build relationships with Community Association Managers, Boards and fellow Service Providers is a key element to being successful in the association world. Knowing what CAMs need from their Service Providers is not always common sense. We look to keep our Business Partners educated so they can help make a CAM’ s life easier while allowing fellow service providers to be better at their job. Taking a break from one of their sold-out Trivia Nights, our Business Partner Committee joined forces with our Young Professionals Committee to host our first Fall Fest, an event designed to bring together members, nonmembers, their families and our community.
Committees & volunteerism
With over 1,000 members in our Chapter, we understand the philosophy of“ many hands make light work.” Whether it’ s checking people in at our monthly breakfast, or helping organize our largest event of the year, CA Day,
these programs are not possible without the help and contributions from the volunteers who serve on our many committees! To serve on a committee is an investment of your time. We understand and appreciate the efforts that our volunteers give which allows us to provide top notch programs for our Business Partners, Managers and Homeowners. Not only do our volunteers help organize and run our events, but they can also contribute creatively by sharing new ideas and concepts we can turn into programs that we host to our Chapter. The new Chapter website will allow more member engagement, streamline announcements and communication, and provide links to important resources that will help you manage your community. As our Chapter continues to set the pace for CAI in the state of Florida, it makes sense that our website be an efficient tool and resource for our members to keep up-to-date.
