Finally, within thirty( 30) days of obtaining approval from the Department, the president and secretary of the association must execute the revived declaration and record it, along with the other governing documents, with the clerk of court in the county where the community is located. Immediately upon recording the documents, a copy of the recorded revived declaration and other governing documents must
be mailed or hand delivered to the owner( s) of each affected lot. Now the documents are officially revived and enforceable!
