About
Seeds to Success is a dynamic career exploration and goal-setting program for youth and young adults ages 15 to 25. Funded by Texas Health Community Impact, Seeds to Success pairs participants with a trained peer advocate who provides personal support, helping youth identify their strengths, discover career paths, stay engaged in education, and unlock pathways to a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Criteria to Join
Seeds to Success is open to individuals ages 15- 25 looking for guidance and mentorship in planning for their future. Participants must reside in Alvarado, Cleburne, Keene, or Rio Vista.
