and encourage Hispanic businesses in our community . The Hispanic Business Alliance provides opportunities to build relationships , advocate and educate by hosting various activities and events . The group is open to any local Hispanic business and chamber members .
Women in Leadership is by and for women looking for opportunities to build relationships , empower and support one another as they grow in positions of leadership in family , community and business . A variety of opportunities — morning coffees , informal lunches and after hours — throughout the year to connect and engage with other women in or aspiring to leadership roles .

An annual catered luncheon is the core event for Women in Leadership . Keynote speakers are carefully chosen for a worthwhile , empowering program . While geared toward women , the event is open to all and is held at the Cleburne Conference Center .
Leadership Cleburne is a unique program hosted by the chamber . It is a ninemonth ( September through May ) class that gives participants a better perspective into the different businesses and organizations that make up the Cleburne community .
The group meets the second Wednesday of the month . There is one exception to that time frame on State Day in

March because it involves a one-day trip to Austin . Session topics include city , county , and state government , healthcare , education , economic development and quality of life .
The Chamber Ambassadors are a group of business people whose goal is to support the chamber and the community , while at the same time building relationships with other members of the business community .
Ambassadors attend ribbon cuttings and awards presentations as cheerleaders and allies . They attend quarterly luncheons and other Chamber events as ushers and familiar faces . They regularly visit member companies just to keep in touch .
