don’ t think this summer could have gone any faster if it tried. It seems every year I circle past the sun, the faster the time seems to go. It doesn’ t help raising two teens! Welcome to the Health & Wellness Guide, chock full of information about taking care of your body and examining different aspects of wellness. A huge thank you to local dermatologist, Dr. Wade Smith, for allowing us to shoot at his office for the cover photo.
