March 20 marks my 16th wedding anniversary. I remember the day like it was yesterday. It was a bit western themed in light blue and brown colors. Nothing like what I would pick if I was getting married now.

Alas that was the wedding trend in 2010, especially in Texas. Styles change so often that it’ s hard to keep up with what is trending. I recommend choosing a style for your big day that fits you and your bethrothed.

We hope this issue helps you with that as we delve into the wedding world. No matter what style you decide, remember that the most important thing is that the wedding day is just one day.

It is the day that you begin the rest of your life with someone. Make memories that will last a lifetime as you walk down the aisle. As a photographer I know how important it is to capture the special moments.

We hope you’ ll enjoy the stories, pick up some ideas for your big day and enjoy planning the rest of your life with your fiance.
