Editor’ s Letter
As I write this, I’ m in the midst of getting my girls ready to go back to school. We now have two middle schoolers, believe it or not.
With that on my mind, I knew we needed to feature some easy back-to-school recipes in this issue. I can’ t wait to try out the strawberry and cream popsicles. Just what we need to help beat this Texas heat.
Our cover image is of one of my dear friends, who I gifted photos to when she graduated with her degree to become a midwife. I knew it’ d be the best photo to showcase our health and wellness guide, which begins on Page 13.
