THE INSIDER
“SPRINGTIME IS
MARCH MADNESS –
GO SDSU!”
B
iggest buzz in our San Diego community is the SDSU basketball team.
Coach Brian Dutcher and his team are 23 – 0 (on this date), ranked #4
in the nation. Go Aztecs! This SD native loves USD, UCSD & PLNU too!
We welcomed 2020 with a CAI San Diego New Year’s Toast, attended
by 75 industry leaders; introduced 2020 Board, led by President Melissa
Brown and welcomed new members, Tim Flanagan and Laura Kwiatkowski.
CAI SD then zoomed into the Annual Awards Gala at the Kona Kai Resort.
396 guests enjoyed dining, cheering, networking and boogieing to the sounds of DJ
Bogart! Lots of CAI Champions honored. Top two sponsors for the evening were
NPG Asphalt and San Diego Roof Doctor.
This year’s Reverse Trade Show again rocked the house, with managers and
business partners engaging in three intense hours of speed dating interviews. CAI
San Diego is grateful to everyone who attended and volunteered to make these back
to back events winners! If you didn’t get all your interviews due to management
companies not present, please call Karen or I for follow-up information.
Thank you all! It’s been a great four year ride, working with you and
resurrecting CAI San Diego. All the best to you.
Marketing Plan 2020 – THANK YOU!!! New record! 108 marketing plans,
25 new, 19 increased for $527,798. 2020 TITANIUM SPONSORS are ALTA
Roofing & Waterproofing. Thank you!
The first 2020 SD Morning Leadership - Rachael Garrett and Mark Guithes
excellent presentation on “Fair Housing Issues.”
As always, thanks and congratulations to Dee Waite, Yvette Huffman,
Publications Committee and Giving Back Magazine!
Around the corner: March 27th CID Law, April 3rd SD Morning Leadership
