here to address a common problem that community managers and
boards routinely run into. “When are we actually supposed to file
claims?”
General Liability, or “GL”, coverage is the part of the association’s
insurance package that provides coverage for allegations of bodily
injury or property damage to third parties. The operative word here
is allegations, as it is not uncommon for associations to be on the
receiving end of baseless allegations.
