Decide what you want to say. Be concise. Stick to
the facts. State your concerns. State what action you
want your elected official to take.

that will impact you. Choose the best means of communicating your
message to your elected official. Call your elected

show that elected officials are more likely to pay
attention to public social media

elected officials or their staff.

hall meetings so they can hear
from their constituents – utilize
this opportunity to get your
message across.
