A great idea is to post information about “snake avoidance” training for your homeowners and their pets. There are several websites with more information about classes. If you are aware of any wildlife in your HOA community that could present a safety threat, post the warming on your HOA website, distribute flyers to mailboxes, bulletin boards, and send out an e-mail blast to make sure homeowners are aware too.
