April 17, 2013 Dear Area Resident: Over the next three months your hospitals, health departments, and other health providers in Marion, Ralls, Pike, Lewis, Shelby, and Monroe counties will conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) so they can plan together to improve the health of our region.
