In 2013, Grow Appalachia was fortunate to work with 25 partner sites in 39 counties with 1,141 families in 50
community gardens growing 577,185 pounds of food.
Grow Appalachia is currently organizing plans for the 2014 growing seasons with hopes to expand with many
new families and help build high tunnels and commercial kitchens across its service area.
