IMPORTANT PRESCHOOL INFORMATION
Registration Details
• Once your Eleyo registration is complete and your child has been confirmed in a preschool class, you will receive a link from our team to complete Online Registration through Synergy.
• Registration is done through a lottery, giving everyone an equal opportunity to receive their first-choice class option.
• Each preschool class reserves spots for families that are full-tuition and families that request tuition assistance or a scholarship.
• Registrations from families who live in the Anoka-Hennepin School District that are received by 2:00 p. m. on March 23 will be included in the lottery. Once the lottery is complete, confirmation of each child’ s class placement will be emailed. Registrations received after March 23 will be placed as space is available.
• Families that live outside of the district may register for Anoka-Hennepin Schools Preschool beginning at 8:00 a. m. on April 16.
• Registrations are welcome throughout the year and children will be placed as space is available.
Communication
We communicate important messages via SMS texting and email. Be sure to provide this information on your Eleyo account and select how you want to receive messages from Anoka-Hennepin Schools Early Learning.

You will be notified of your child’ s classroom visit / classroom orientation date and time, special Early Childhood events, weather-related school closures and program reminders by SMS texting and email.
Tuition Assistance Registrations
• A completed application with proof of income or scholarship eligibility documentation must be submitted and verified before placement in a preschool class.
• Preschool seats reserved for students using scholarships are limited and are awarded when completed applications and documentation have been verified.

Transportation
• Transportation is available for full scholarship four-year-old spots only and is based on Minnesota Department of Education funding requirements.
• If you qualify for a spot in a preschool class that includes transportation, you will be notified once the busing attendance area is confirmed at your classroom visit before preschool begins.
Required Documents:
Documents will be submitted through Online Registration. Failure to complete this process may result in your child being unenrolled from their preschool class.
• Immunization records, statement of medical exemption or conscientious exemption( submitted annually).
• Birth certificate, passport, visa, I-94, green card( at initial enrollment in district).
