WELCOME TO ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOLS PRESCHOOL!

We offer preschool classes to support children with experiences, skills and knowledge for continual learning. Classrooms offer a supportive environment that include children of all abilities, and are led by a licensed teacher. Teaching teams include both general education and special education staff to meet the unique needs of each child.
Three-year-old classes:
Child must be three years old on or before September 1, 2026.
( Child birthdate: September 2, 2022, to September 1, 2023)
Classes are held September to June at locations throughout the Anoka-Hennepin School District. There are morning and afternoon class times available. Class length ranges from 2.75 to 3 hours. Families may register for only one class.
Children in community preschool spots need to be toilet trained to attend preschool classes.
Four-year-old classes:
Child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2026.
( Child birthdate: September 2, 2021, to September 1, 2022)
Anoka-Hennepin Schools Early Learning Programs partner with parents to provide support and developmentally appropriate opportunities for children and families to help each child be a successful learner. Parents are the child’ s first teacher and most important advocate for their child’ s success in school.
