WELCOME TO ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOLS PRESCHOOL !
We offer preschool classes to support children with experiences , skills and knowledge for continual learning . Classrooms offer a supportive environment to build a foundation for successful learners , include children of all abilities , and are led by a licensed teacher . Teaching teams include both general education and special education staff to meet the unique needs of each child .
Three-year-old classes :
Child must be three years old on or before September 1 , 2025 .
( Child birthdate : September 2 , 2021 to September 1 , 2022 )
Classes are held September to May at locations throughout the Anoka-Hennepin School District . There are morning and afternoon class times available . Class length ranges from 2.75 to four hours . Families may register for only one class .
Children in community preschool spots need to be toilet trained to attend preschool classes .
Four-year-old classes :
Child must be four years old on or before September 1 , 2025 .

Anoka-Hennepin Schools Early Learning Programs partners with parents to provide support and developmentally appropriate opportunities for children and families to help each child be a successful learner . Parents are the child ’ s first teacher and most important advocate for their child ’ s success in school .
