Acceptable Proof of Income
• The previous year ’ s Income Tax Return ( preferred ).
• Previous year W-2 form .
• Public Assistance : Letter from agency providing benefits which states amount of benefits / checks .
• Financial aid statement , or a statement from an employer on company letterhead .
• Letter verifying child is legal responsibility of the court ( foster child ).
• Pension , SSI , Retirement Social Security : Letter from agency providing benefits which states amount of benefits / checks .
• Unemployment , Worker ’ s Compensation , strike benefits : Copies of 3 most recent checks .
• Most recent ( consecutive ) 30 days of pay stubs for each income earner .
• Other Income ( i . e . farm , self-employment , etc .): previous year Form 1040 and Schedule C .
Income Includes :
• Income from employment .
• Child Support .
• Alimony payments .
• Other Cash Assistance from state or local government .
• Unemployment benefits .
• Worker ’ s compensation .
• Veteran ’ s benefits .
• Strike benefits .
Tuition Payments :
• Initial payment includes a $ 49 non-refundable registration fee and the last month of tuition for the school year , if applicable . No payment is made until child ’ s class is confirmed .
• Recurring tuition payments to the account provided at registration will begin August 1 , 2024 for September tuition and continue each month until March 1 , 2025 . Tuition payments are due on the first of the month . If payment is not received by the last business day of the month this may result in termination from the preschool program . You will receive email communication to notify you of this .
• Recurring tuition payments are automatically charged to the bank account or credit card ( Visa , MasterCard , Discover or American Express ) provided at registration .

Income Verification :
Families requesting a scholarship or tuition assistance must submit income verification documents using the Pre-Registration Form .
Fees for Late Student Pick-Up :
All families are required to provide a credit card or bank account to be kept on file . There is a $ 10.00 charge per child for every 10 minutes or fraction thereof when a child is picked up late from preschool after the first 10 minutes . Repeated late pickups or failure to pay late fees may result in termination from the Preschool Program .
