The mission of Early Childhood Family Education ( ECFE ) is to strengthen families and enhance the ability of all parents and caregivers to provide the best possible environment for the healthy growth and development of children .
Our goal is to provide affordable , quality programming . Fees can be waived or reduced if family circumstances would make payment a hardship .
