PROJECT RUNWAY
Get ready to design and create, with your own hands, a Project Runway fashion show that
is sure to dazzle an audience. Using creativity and flare, you’ll make a sundress, satchel,
sunglasses case and more. Work on basic projects to learn and practice multiple hand and
machine sewing techniques, then increase your skills with more complicated projects. After
showcasing your projects for family and friends on the last day, you’ll be ready to walk the
runway of everyday life!

SLIME-TASTIC ART
It’s a slime takeover! In this camp, slime is the main event. We’ll explore different slime recipes
as we create tons of gooey, sparkly, stretchy, messy slime. From an out-of-this-world glitter
solar system slime, confetti cake slime and bubblegum-scented slime, we’ll make a different
slime during each day of camp. We’ll even throw in a little painting and sculpting on the side,
too!

SUMMERTIME CUPCAKE ART
Have you ever used fondant to decorate cupcakes? Fondant is a pliable and edible icing used
to create a variety of designs on cupcakes. Learn how to color, roll, cut, and sculpt colorful
fondant into a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Have fun attaching your decorative fondant
to create festive summer cupcakes!

CAKE DECORATING
WARS
Teams will brainstorm designs and
then create a 3-D masterpiece by
strategically decorating a cake using
colored fondant to create miniature
summer-themed sculptures to
display on their cakes. Students have
the opportunity to actually shape
and mold the fondant, rather than
rolling and cutting the fondant with
metal cookie cutters. Cakes will be
judged on creativity, appearance,
neatness, use of color and difficulty
of technique. Awards will be given!
