Leave the sand behind and join us to decorate cupcakes using buttercream icing and candy
treats to recreate a day at the beach. Learn how to use fondant molds and painting techniques

BUTTERCREAM BOOT CAMP
Buckle up for a full-day of buttercream boot camp training! We will decorate cakes and sweet
treats while we learn basic buttercream techniques to create modern and traditional cake
designs. Class includes making icing, using a decorator bag, simple-to-pipe flowers, borders
and image transfers. Bring a lunch or eat free lunch in the cafeteria from noon to 1 p.m.

CAKE DECORATING WARS
Have you ever decorated a cake? Do you like competitions? If so, you’ll definitely want to
attend this class! Team up with a friend or two and let the fun begin. Your team will brainstorm
designs and then create a masterpiece by strategically decorating your cake using metal
form cut-outs and colored fondant to create their cake. Cakes will be judged on creativity,
appearance, neatness, use of color and difficulty of technique and awards will be given!
Register individually; you’ll choose your teams at class. Bring a nut-free snack.
