ROBOTIC BUILDERS: MIGHTY MACHINES
With the LEGO® WeDo™ Robotics System, young children can build and program their
robotic creations. Young imaginations soar! The LEGO Education WeDo Robotics Builder
allows students to explore different robotic themes. Students will work in teams with simple
machines, program models they design and create, measure time and distance, write and
much more! Bring a nut-free snack and drink to class.

ROBOTICS 2.0
Build a sight-sensing robot using LEGO® bricks, then program it to complete unique tasks and
challenges. Next, build a rescue helicopter to find animals in need of assistance and message
headquarters with status updates. Students learn basic engineering and computer coding
concepts; build multiple LEGO bricks projects; explore how the projects and programming
complement each other; and play with different building and programming options.

ROBOTICS OLYMPICS
During the LEGO® Robotics Olympics camp, students work in pairs to design and program
EV3 robots to compete in simulated Olympic events such as a sprinting in a race, throwing
a basketball, and shooting a puck into a hockey goal. Students use LEGO Robotics and
computers to learn principles of robotics, computer programming, and teamwork.

SNAPOLOGY SUPERHEROES
To the Batcave, LEGO® fans! In this program, we will design our own superheroes, create our
own adventures, build the cool rescue vehicle, and so much more! It’s our destiny to have a
blast as we create our own fantasy worlds inspired and protected by our favorite superheroes
and our best ideas.

SURVIVOR ISLAND
Students will find themselves stranded
on an abandoned island filled with
perilous obstacles – dark caves, wild
animals, cold temperatures, little food,
and separation from the comforts of
home. They will work collaboratively
with their tribe members to compete
against other tribes in specific
engineering-related projects aimed
at trying to survive the harsh island
conditions and escape to their
freedom. The tribe with the most
points at the end of the week
will claim the honor of being the
winners of Survivor Island!

TAKE FLIGHT WITH UAV DRONES
Take to the skies with mini drones! Housing a thrilling, hands-on aerial robotics platform,
this camp is the perfect introduction to the world of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In this
indoor camp, safety is a priority as students learn to fly and explore the real-world applications
of drones. Students will master basic piloting skills, program their drone to fly on its own, and
use the Engineering Design Process to problem-solve. We will put critical thinking to the test
as students brainstorm ways that drones could be used for good, sketching out their ideas for
new and innovative drones and uses.
