Information for athletic participants: Middle school athletics are held
at each middle school and focus on skill development, participation,
teamwork and safety. Teams are formed based on each player’s skill level.
Students must have a Sports Qualifying Physical (valid for three years) on
file to participate. Teams practice after school and compete against other
Anoka-Hennepin middle schools. Activity busses are available Monday –
Thursday. Parents are responsible for transportation on Fridays and after
games. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunches pay the fee listed
to the right of the class fee e.g. ($XX) .

NFL YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL –
EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE
National Flag Football is the largest NFL FLAG operator in the country. Using a co-
ed, non-contact, recreational format is an exceptional way for first-time players to
learn the fundamentals. Each week includes a one hour practice and one hour
game. NFL jersey, flag belt and participation award included. No try-outs, everyone
participates. Not meeting October 22. Fee: $120 + 3.5% processing fee. Register at
