Cooking & dining Chocolate Covered Treats Start with a buffet of goodies like pretzel sticks, strawberries, oreos, marshmallows and more! You choose what you want to dip into your handmade melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. Take home a variety of chocolate dipped goodies. Yum! Instructors: Peggy and Lyndsey. Class fee: $15. Day/Date: Thurs., Feb. 6 Time: 6 - 8 p.m. Location: Coon Rapids MS-Room 117 Cooking 101-Rice Bowls Rice bowls are a great way to eat a healthy and tasty meal. Just like Chipotle, we will make rice and then add in our meat and toppings of choice! End the night with dessert. Bring a container to take home leftovers (optional). Instructors: Peggy and Laurie.
