Chocolate Covered Treats
Start with a buffet of goodies like pretzel sticks,
strawberries, oreos, marshmallows and more!
You choose what you want to dip into your
handmade melted chocolate and decorate
with sprinkles. Take home a variety of
chocolate dipped goodies. Yum!
Instructors: Peggy and Lyndsey.

Cooking 101-Rice Bowls
Rice bowls are a great way to eat a healthy
and tasty meal. Just like Chipotle, we will
make rice and then add in our meat and
toppings of choice! End the night with dessert.
Bring a container to take home leftovers
(optional). Instructors: Peggy and Laurie.
Class fee: $19; staff $15 (if eating).

Cooking at Hy-Vee
Tour the grocery store with registered dietitian, Kylie, as she shares tips and tricks on
healthy shopping. Next, cook up some delicious pizzas and banana splits for dinner.
Please note: Due to limited space, only participants will be eating dinner in this cooking
class. Enter through the main doors and go to the right to meet in the Simple Fix room.
