Guidelines for Participation Registration and payment – Registration and payment is required for all classes and outings. Walk-in participants are not allowed. Participants are encouraged to register early as activities and classes fill quickly. Confirmation – Participants are enrolled in a class upon receipt of registration with payment. A confirmation will be emailed for each class if an email address is provided at registration. Participants will be notified if a class is filled or cancelled. Refunds and cancellations – Requests with five-business days notice from the class start date may qualify for a partial refund (cash, credit or coupon) less $10 per class. Refund requests received with less than five-business days notice from the class start date are not eligible for a refund. Partial refunds for outings may not be available after tickets are ordered.
