Guidelines for participation If you have questions about the guidelines, please call 763-506-1290. Registration and payment - Registration and payment is required for all classes and activities. Walk-in participants are not allowed. Participants are encouraged to register early as classes and activities fill quickly. Confirmation - Participants are enrolled in a class upon receipt of registration with payment. A confirmation will be emailed for each class if an email address is provided at registration. Participants will be notified if a class is full or cancelled. Refunds and cancellations - Requests with five-business days notice from the class start date may qualify for a partial refund (cash, credit or coupon) less $10 per class. Refund requests received with less than five-business days notice from the class start date are not eligible for a refund. Partial refunds for outings may not be available after tickets are ordered. Supervision - Participants requiring personal assistance for physical and/or behavioral issues must be accompanied and supervised in class and on outings by the caregiver. Please accompany participants to class locations (classrooms) and pick-up the participant in the classroom. Instructors are not available to supervise participants prior to class start time or after class. Medication and seizures - Instructors are not licensed to administer medications. If medications are required during a class or activity, a caregiver must attend to administer the medication. A caregiver must accompany participants with active seizure disorders. Transportation - Transportation to and from classes and activities is the responsibility of the participant or caregiver. Photo release - By checking "yes" on the registration form, you give Anoka-Hennepin Community Education permission to use participant photographs online or in publications. Disclaimer: Anoka-Hennepin Schools staff, volunteers, representatives of the news media and others occasionally photograph and videotape participants in our programs. The photos and video may be used for district and departmental promotions, or in school and department-related publications, videos, web and social media sites as appropriate.
